(About us)
Coaching with heart, grounded in practice
Sagebrook Guidance began with a simple belief: nobody should have to figure out life's big questions alone. Today our coaches walk alongside hundreds of clients each year.
(Our story)
A quiet practice with a big ripple effect
Founder Elena Brooks started Sagebrook Guidance after fifteen years in counseling and organizational coaching. She kept meeting capable people who felt stuck — not for lack of talent, but for lack of a thinking partner.
So she built the practice she wished existed: warm but honest, structured but human. Every engagement starts with listening, moves through a clear plan, and ends with tools you keep for life.
(What we believe)
Three principles guide every session
01
Honest conversation
No scripts, no pep talks. We ask the questions that matter and tell you what we genuinely see, with care and without judgment.
02
Practical tools
Insight without action changes little. Every session ends with exercises, frameworks, and next steps sized for real life.
03
Steady accountability
Change happens between sessions. Gentle check-ins and clear milestones keep your progress visible and your momentum alive.
(Why it works)
Coaching is a practice, not a pep talk
Our method blends reflective listening with structured planning. Clients describe it as "therapy-adjacent clarity with a project plan" — space to feel, paired with steps to move.
