What we collect

When you book, buy, or write to us, we receive your name, email, phone number if you share it, and the content of your messages. Purchases add order details processed by our secure checkout provider — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To schedule and deliver coaching, send confirmations and receipts, respond to questions, and — only with your opt-in — share occasional letters about workshops and new resources. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Coaching confidentiality

Session content is confidential. Group circles agree to mutual confidentiality each season. The only exceptions are rare safety situations required by law, which your coach will explain in your first session.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses minimal, privacy-respecting measurement to understand which pages help visitors. No cross-site tracking, no data brokers.
